We’ll provide a project plan as part of your proposal as work gets underway, after onboarding, consistent with the timeline from our proposal.  During campaign development, we’ll provide updates and review key elements of the campaign as appropriate.  Once the campaign(s) are launched, you’ll have full access to view all aspects of the campaign which is your intellectual property.

After launch during the optimization process, you’ll receive regular campaign performance reports and we’ll begin to provide periodic ad hoc updates when issues arise.  The reporting system is our intellectual property, augmenting and remaining consistent with the standard reports available from the ad platform we’re using. Our reports provide additional metrics and summarize campaign performance information more consistently.  They report cross-platform so you’ll be able to see the rationale behind our ad allocation decisions between platform. Significant budget allocation and change decisions will of course be presented to you.
