How does project onboarding work? When an ad campaign project starts, we’ll send you an onboarding list. It’s a set of links to short articles which address how to share accounts we need access to. We also ask a few questions, about things like competitors, search queries, etc.
Typically this will include linking into your Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, analytics accounts, tag manager account, Merchant center account, and those sort of things. Most clients can complete the list quickly without running into issues or spending much time. If not, we’re available to assist.
